3. Payments & Stripe
We use Stripe, Inc. as our payment processor for all transactions on this website. When you make a purchase, your payment information is submitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
We use Stripe for payments, analytics, and other business services. Stripe may collect personal data including via cookies and similar technologies. The personal data Stripe collects may include transactional data and identifying information about devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection, loss prevention, authentication, and analytics related to the performance of its services. CARD DATA AND PCI COMPLIANCE
Stripe is a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of certification available. Your card number is entered directly into Stripe's secure system and never passes through or is stored on our servers.
DATA SHARED WITH STRIPE
In order to process your payment, we share your name, email address and purchase details with Stripe. Stripe may further share this data with its own service providers and affiliates as described in its privacy policy.
DATA TRANSFERRED TO THE UNITED STATES
Stripe processes data in the United States. By making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that your payment data will be transferred to and processed in the US, subject to Stripe's privacy policy and applicable data transfer safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

STRIPE — PAYMENT PROCESSING
We share your name, email and purchase information with Stripe, Inc. to process your payments. Stripe may share this data with its own service providers as described in its privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
EMAIL SERVICE PROVIDERS
We use third-party email platforms to send newsletters and transactional emails. Your email address and name may be stored with these providers. We ensure these providers comply with applicable privacy laws.
WEBSITE PLATFORM
Our website is hosted on Wix. Wix may collect certain data as part of its hosting and analytics services. Please refer to Wix's privacy policy for details.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities such as a court or government agency.
