THE JOURNEY

After overcoming deeply traumatic events in my own past, I made a decision: every step of freedom I gained would be used to help free others.

That commitment has shaped 36 years in healthcare and personal transformation. I work with people who are tired of "knowing why" they're stuck but still can't move forward — because I've been there myself.

​

For 36 years I've helped smart, capable people identify the invisible barriers blocking their potential. No matter the story, the internal struggle is always the same — the patterns run deeper than any conscious effort can reach.

Starting at 27

Became an international educator for leading medical skincare brands across North America — teaching mindset, client care and business principles built on generosity and reciprocity.

Owned and operated my own naturopathic clinic, serving thousands of clients and gaining hands-on experience with people from every walk of life.

Today

As a digital nomad who lives by the ocean — wherever that ocean may be — I bring my work to clients globally through one-on-one sessions, group coaching and boutique resort partnerships.
