Terms of Service

By accessing or using andrearuthwalker.com, purchasing any of our services, courses or digital products, or booking a coaching session, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients and customers of Andrea Ruth Walker ("we," "us," or "our"), operating from Canada and serving clients internationally.

2. Our Services

Andrea Ruth Walker offers the following services and products through andrearuthwalker.com:

INDIVIDUAL SERVICES

One-on-one mindset coaching sessions and packages using the Adaptive Rewiring™ method
Online courses including the Agape Love Course and other programs
Digital resources including workbooks, worksheets and guides
Faith-based coaching and ministerial services
Retreats and group programmes
Blog content and free educational resources

CORPORATE SERVICES

Creation of trademarkable processes for companies and individual coaching programs
Corporate consulting — building systems around online platforms, service offerings and client interactions
Development of coaching manuals for employees, contract coaches and therapists
Interpretation and translation of specialised health and wellness documentation for corporate use

Note for corporate clients: These Terms of Service govern individual client engagements only. Corporate consulting, process development and IP creation engagements are subject to a separate Corporate Services Agreement which will be provided prior to commencement of any corporate project. All services are provided in English and French. Services are available internationally.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase services or products from andrearuthwalker.com. By making a purchase or booking a session, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Coaching services are not suitable for individuals currently experiencing acute psychiatric crises or requiring clinical mental health treatment. If you are unsure whether coaching is appropriate for your situation, please contact us before booking.

4. Payments & Stripe / Paypal

PAYMENT PROCESSOR

Stripe, Inc. — for credit and debit card payments. By paying via Stripe, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy at stripe.com/legal and stripe.com/privacy
PayPal — for PayPal account and PayPal credit payments. By paying via PayPal, you agree to PayPal's terms of service and privacy policy at paypal.com/legalhub

CURRENCY

All prices are listed in American Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. International clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or card provider.

PAYMENT TIMING

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase for all digital products and courses. Coaching packages are prepaid in full before sessions commence unless a specific payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

CARD SECURITY

Your payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure system and are never stored on our servers. Stripe is a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor.

BILLING ERRORS

If you believe an error has been made in a charge to your account, you must notify us within 7 days of the transaction at hello@andrearuthwalker.com. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this section carefully before making a purchase. All sales are subject to the terms below.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS - COURSES, WORKBOOKS, BOOKS AND PRODUCTS

All sales of digital products — including online courses, workbooks, worksheets and downloadable resources — are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, we are unable to offer refunds once a product has been purchased and delivered.

COACHING SESSIONS & PACKAGES

All coaching sessions and packages are prepaid and non-refundable. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued regardless of whether sessions have been commenced.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled session — you may rebook at a mutually agreed time at no additional charge
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session — the session is forfeited and no rescheduling credit will be provided
No-shows — sessions not attended without prior notice are forfeited in full

RETREATS

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place at a retreat
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat date
No refunds will be issued after 10 days from the date of booking
If a retreat is cancelled by Andrea Ruth Walker, a full refund will be issued

EXCEPTIONS

We do not make exceptions to this refund policy. If you have a question about whether a product or service is right for you before purchasing, please contact us at hello@andrearuthwalker.com before completing your purchase.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment you will receive access to your purchased product as follows:

Online courses — access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation through our course platform
Downloadable workbooks and worksheets — a download link is provided immediately upon payment confirmation
Other digital resources — delivered by email to the address provided at checkout within 24 hours of purchase

If you do not receive access to your purchased product within 24 hours, please contact us at hello@andrearuthwalker.com with your order confirmation.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout or by spam filters.

7. Coaching Services

NATURE OF COACHING

Coaching sessions with Andrea Ruth Walker use the Adaptive Rewiring™ method — a neuroscience-based approach to resolving survival patterns at the root. Sessions are conducted via video call or in person as agreed.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To benefit fully from coaching you agree to attend sessions on time, engage honestly and openly, and complete any agreed exercises or practices between sessions.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All coaching sessions are confidential. For clients working with Andrea in her capacity as an ordained minister coach, additional minister-client privilege may apply. Please refer to the Faith-Based Coaching page for details.

SESSION RECORDINGS

Sessions may only be recorded with the explicit written consent of both parties. Unauthorised recording of sessions is not permitted.

8. Important Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy. The services provided by Andrea Ruth Walker are coaching and educational services, not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy or medical treatment of any kind.

Adaptive Rewiring™ and all coaching services offered through this website are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services.

Results from coaching vary between individuals. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes from any coaching session, course or digital product.

By purchasing coaching services or digital products, you acknowledge and accept these limitations and agree that Andrea Ruth Walker is not liable for any outcomes, decisions or actions you take as a result of your participation in coaching or use of our materials.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on andrearuthwalker.com — including but not limited to text, blog posts, course materials, workbooks, worksheets, images, videos and the Adaptive Rewiring™ method and framework — is the intellectual property of Andrea Ruth Walker and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Adaptive Rewiring™ is a trademark of Andrea Ruth Walker. You may not use this name or any variation of it without our express written permission.

PERMITTED USE

You may use our free content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

PURCHASED PRODUCTS

When you purchase a course, workbook or digital resource, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use that content for your own personal development. You may not share, resell, reproduce or distribute purchased materials.

10. Acceptable Use

By using our website and services you agree not to:

Use our content or services for any unlawful purpose
Share, resell or distribute purchased digital products
Reproduce or publish any part of our proprietary method or materials without permission
Engage in disrespectful, abusive or inappropriate behaviour toward Andrea Ruth Walker or her team
Misrepresent your identity or provide false information at checkout or during coaching
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or course platform
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for any individual who violates these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Andrea Ruth Walker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages

arising from your use of our website, services or digital products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

We do not accept liability for the actions or omissions of Stripe, Inc., PayPal, or any other third-party service providers. Please refer to Stripe's and PayPal's own terms and policies for matters relating to payment processing.

12. Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, please contact us first at hello@andrearuthwalker.com. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly and will respond within 5 business days.

For payment disputes related to Stripe or paypal transactions, please also refer to Stripe's dispute resolution process at stripe.com/legal.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which Andrea Ruth Walker operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canadian courts.

For clients located outside of Canada, local consumer protection laws may also apply and are not excluded by these terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
