Every session begins before the event. A Get To Know You form is sent to attendees in advance — identifying the common denominators across the group so the session is informed by the people in the room before Andrea arrives. The direction is never scripted in advance and never delivered the same way twice.
In the session itself, audience participation determines what is explored. The group process is not observed — it is experienced. What surfaces collectively guides what is addressed. The coaching happens in real time, in the room, with the people who are actually there.

INTERACTIVE KEYNOTE
Speaking to a larger audience — with the room participating.
For conferences, annual events and larger corporate gatherings. As a keynote speaker for corporate events, Andrea speaks — and the audience participates in the direction. Not a lecture. An interactive experience where the group process unfolds live.
GROUP
COACHING
SESSION
Smaller group — deeper work — specific outcomes.
For leadership teams, employee development days and away days. A structured coaching session built around the group's specific challenges. More intimate, more targeted, more depth. The group leaves with language and actions they can use immediately.
THREE WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
From a single session to an ongoing relationship.
Every corporate speaker and keynote speaker engagement begins with a conversation and is established under a formal contract. All engagements include a pre-event Get To Know You form sent to attendees. Travel expenses are additional to the base fee and billed at cost.
PRICING
Retreat coaching engagements are priced on a day rate basis. Starting rates, scope and travel expenses are discussed during the initial enquiry and outlined in the formal contract before the work begins. Travel expenses are additional to the base engagement fee and billed at cost.
01 — SPEAKING ENGAGEMENT
The session — delivered on site.
An interactive keynote or group coaching session for your event. The format is determined by your audience size and objective — discussed during the pre-event consultation.

02 — SPEAKING PLUS ONE-ON-ONES
The session — and access beyond it.
Everything in Tier 1 — plus coaching packages created and presented to guests during the retreat. Guests who want to continue the work become clients before they leave. The organiser earns residual income from every package purchased.

—Individual one-on-one sessions — maximum four to five per day
—Sessions available to employees or leaders at the company's discretion
—Scope, availability and pricing for one-on-ones discussed at contract stage
03 — SPEAKING PLUS
ONGOING COACHING
The session — and the structure to keep the work going.
The most comprehensive level of partnership — from identifying missed opportunities in past retreats to building the structure that makes this one more valuable, and following through long after it ends.

Pre-Event Meeting
A call with the organiser — to understand the event, the audience and the intended outcome. The session format is confirmed here.

A formal contract outlining format, scope, confidentiality and terms. All engagements are covered by Minister-Client Privilege.
